Privacy policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
Novara (Rameco Tech Pty Ltd, ABN 30 681 091 289) runs novara.vision. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
01
What I collect
Your name, email, business name, website (if you give one), your role, what you need help with, a description of your situation, when you’d like to start, a rough budget, and how you heard about me.
Your name, email, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking.
Your email address and what you write.
Basic usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. It doesn’t identify you.
02
The tools I use
Collects the contact form and sends your answers to me.
Handles call bookings and sends confirmations and reminders.
My customer records system (CRM). I record your enquiry and my notes so I can follow up.
Handles email.
Hosts the website and measures visits.
These providers handle your information for me, under their own terms and privacy policies.
03
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange calls, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver work if we work together, keep records, improve the site, and meet legal obligations.
04
Marketing
I don’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking. If I do, you can opt out at any time.
06
Overseas storage
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, for example in the United States or Europe. I choose providers with recognised security practices, but overseas laws may apply to that information.
07
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work and to measure visits. Embedded tools, such as the booking calendar and contact form, may set their own. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
08
Keeping it safe and how long I keep it
Your information is held in password-protected accounts that only I can access.
I keep enquiries that don’t lead to work for up to 24 months, then delete them. Records of client work are kept for as long as the law requires.
09
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@novara.vision and I’ll respond within 30 days.
Where practical, you can also deal with me anonymously or under a pseudonym.
10
Complaints
Email me first. If you’re not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes
I may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
